“Fear
not, Abram: I am your shield, and your exceeding great reward.”
(Genesis 15:1)
There are so many things to look upon and think upon in this life...Things that
call upon our appreciation for beauty and excellence that often draw us out
to temporal, earth-bound pleasures.
But
only one thing can truly satisfy our quest for significance and that
is finding our significance in God Himself. When He becomes what you
want most of all, you don't need so much from this world or from
others around you. He alone is sufficient and an exceeding great reward.
